Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform service operations and support service transition activities for IT infrastructure including desktops, thin clients, servers, telephones, and cabling
  • •Install, upgrade, repair, and support customer baseline equipment and related devices
  • •Run daily systems checks and datacenter walkthroughs; monitor alerts/alarms and degradation of services
  • •Troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate, and resolve system service failures; handle incident tickets, change requests, and IMACD support
  • •Maintain technical knowledge and update incident/change documentation, including CMDB and knowledge articles

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of related experience in systems administration and support

  • •Must possess appropriate current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE is the minimum certification
  • •Must currently possess TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (and be able to obtain it)
