•Identify and engage passive candidates through channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and technical communities.
•Refine sourcing processes and tools to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and overall effectiveness of the hiring funnel.
•Support talent acquisition projects such as virtual hiring events, market intelligence data gathering, and diversity-focused sourcing initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
•Must be able to commit to a 6-month full-time work period during 2026 Summer.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in crafting compelling outreach.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•High motivation to learn technical and non-technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
