Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and facilitate product flow, including merchandising placement and daily replenishment
  • •Move dynamically around the store to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while supporting a safe, efficient environment
