  • •Own prioritized operating constraints end-to-end, moving on once the constraint is removed and the fix persists.
  • •Diagnose root causes across domains and redesign workflows, processes, automation, governance, or infrastructure to change outcomes.
  • •Sense, design, build, and drive adoption of solutions until measurable metrics improve.
  • •Partner with functional leaders to mobilize resources and drive adoption without absorbing the function or running day-to-day execution.
