Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for process-related HR activities including new hire training, quality audits, peer coaching, and documentation reviews.
  • •Ensure timely completion of scheduled work in line with SLA commitments and monitor daily operational controls, escalating issues or risks.
  • •Review control findings and recommend updates to processes and procedures.
  • •Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials, and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and team deployments.
  • •Create, maintain, and update process documentation; drive process excellence through efficiency improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or a Shared Services environment.
  • •Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws and regulations related to recruitment, disability management, compensation and benefits, and data privacy.
  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with HR systems and tools (HRMS, case management systems, ATS, and Microsoft Office).
  • •Ability to manage high work volumes while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
