Key Responsibilities

  • •Own culinary activation for the core portfolio, identifying growing host foods and building recipes, pairings, and prototypes.
  • •Translate product value into consumer- and customer-facing experiences across physical activations (chef demos, foodservice, in-market sampling) and digital storytelling (social-first recipes, The Kitchen content, trade storytelling).
  • •Drive strategic, insight-led culinary projects end-to-end by translating IZ regional strategies into outcomes that accelerate SKUs and support new-in-market launches.
  • •Champion culinary ESG and nutrition by embedding nutrition and sustainability into cooking, pairing, and communication without compromising taste.
  • •Run kitchen operations, including daily management, HACCP compliance, culinary data management, and safety/hygiene standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a culinary degree (hospitality school, apprenticeship, or bachelor’s) and have 5+ years in food service (e.g., hotels, FSR, QSR, pubs, catering, industry, or institutional).
  • •Have 5+ years inside a corporate R&D or innovation kitchen, understanding how recipes become products and return to the plate.
  • •Knowledge of culinary social media and digital content creation.
  • •Know innovation kitchen methodologies and testing approaches to turn complex briefs into actionable culinary outcomes.
  • •Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and collaborating in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
