Key Responsibilities

  • •Map a client’s current operation, identify gaps to ValonOS, sequence the roadmap, and obtain sign-off from experienced leaders.
  • •Query the data warehouse on payoff events across systems and partners to drive data-backed business decisions.
  • •Translate between engineering, client servicing ops, capital partners, compliance, product, and executives to align on outcomes.
  • •Sit onsite with foreclosure, escrow, loss mitigation, or cash operations specialists and help rebuild the workflow.
  • •Configure and deploy the solution, monitor usage by client operators, and ensure the workflow yields measurable business results.
