Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and greet customers, discuss parts requirements, and recommend the best available options to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • •Identify correct parts using parts catalogues by assessing vehicle type and its use.
  • •Prepare quotations and follow up to convert pending quotations into confirmed sales; promote related parts/accessories.
  • •Check stock availability in other branches or incoming shipments, and initiate procurement requests when items are unavailable.
