Manage end-to-end payroll and personnel administration for Airmax Groupe and IREP in Sin-le-Noble. Under the supervision of HR Managers, handle payroll deadlines, variable data, payslips, and social/tax declarations while coordinating with a payroll team in India using ADP and payroll software. Support HR processes including hiring documentation, onboarding, time/leave administration, internal HR communications, and compliance with regulations and internal HR policy.
