Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
  • •Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations per company policy.
  • •Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
  • •Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items handled at the counter per manufacturer policy and customer needs.
  • •Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders; restock showroom merchandise; and cross-train in receiving and shipping as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years of age or older.
  • •Provide an excellent customer service attitude and be comfortable interacting with customers for most of the day.
  • •Have strong computer skills, including the ability to use basic systems and MS Office.
  • •Safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly.
  • •Preferred: High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of related inside sales experience, with familiarity with pool supplies/parts/chemicals or pool construction/maintenance.
