Manage the end-to-end corporate actions and custody operations for domestic, regional, and international markets within the bank’s Securities Service Operations (SSO) team. Monitor announcements, reconcile client positions and entitlements with sub-custodians, process mandatory and voluntary events, validate SWIFT instructions, and handle cash/FX settlement support. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, timely processing and resolve client queries while driving process improvements to reduce manual work and costs.
