Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee settlement reconciliation and accounting, cash accounting, and bank administration functions.
  • •Lead a team of Managers delivering financial accounting and daily operating activities while managing financial risk.
  • •Transform processes by leveraging automation tools to create innovative, customer-focused solutions.
  • •Ensure compliance with policies and controls by liaising with GBSC, regional, and business teams.
  • •Evaluate financial and operational performance metrics, provide timely recommendations to Senior Leadership, and escalate compliance/service level issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •MBA / CPA / Chartered Accountant preferred.
  • •Experience managing a diverse, multi-functional accounting and/or finance group.
  • •Experience delivering process improvement through vision, design and build.
  • •Experience overseeing the management and resolution of high-risk issues to ensure completeness and efficiency.
