Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end recruitment process for critical, highly technical roles within TRS, including Manufacturing, Quality, Test Engineering, and key leadership positions.
•Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role profiles, align on hiring strategies, and guide complex candidate evaluations and offers.
•Design and execute advanced sourcing plans using tools, market intelligence, and networking to engage passive, highly specialized talent.
•Use recruiting metrics (sourcing conversion, candidate pipelines, offer-accept rates) to diagnose bottlenecks, optimize recruiting cycles, and support strategic decisions.
•Serve as a subject matter expert in ATS hygiene and data integrity to ensure compliance and high-quality reporting, while maintaining a world-class candidate experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 167,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring exempt candidates in Production, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
•Demonstrated ability to influence, advise, and align with senior stakeholders and production leaders in a fast-paced environment.
•Proven ability to use data to diagnose talent bottlenecks and optimize recruiting pipelines.
•A self-starter with high agency and ownership, able to drive outcomes in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) and must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance.
