Job Summary

Hybrid Solutions Architect role in Seoul, Korea, combining technical leadership with customer-facing engagement. Key Responsibilities

•Form successful relationships with clients within your assigned territory, providing technical and business value in collaboration with Account Executives.
•Act as an expert in big data analytics to excite customers about Databricks and become a trusted advisor on architecture, design, and implementation for platform adoption.
•Scale best practices by authoring reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications, and help build the Databricks community through workshops and meet-ups in your region.
•Grow your knowledge to become a technical and/or industry specialist, staying ahead in the field.
•Deliver complex solution architecture designs to multiple audiences, with the ability to context-switch across levels of technical depth.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience with coding in a core programming language (i.e., Python, Java, Scala) and willingness to learn Spark at a base level.
•Proficient with Big Data Analytics technologies and hands-on experience with proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms.
•Strong ability to engage customers in technical sales, articulate outcomes, and communicate technical and value propositions.
•Experience in developing customer relationships and partnering with account executives and teams.
•Native level Korean is required; English proficiency is a plus.
