Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Director of the Migration domain and lead the domain responsible for accurate, complete, and repeated migration of customer, account, product, and transactional data.
  • •Provide delivery oversight for modern migration automation/tooling and proactive legacy data hygiene streams.
  • •Own analytical frameworks, data mapping, and reconciliation controls for migration outcomes.
  • •Maintain institutional and regulatory confidence in migration results through governance and control design.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and mitigate product risks while delivering outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing.
  • •OR Bachelor’s degree in any field plus at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Ability to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
  • •Proficiency in analytical frameworks and data governance/reconciliation controls for dependable outcomes.
