Branch Manager

Lead and coach a branch team to deliver excellent client service while managing branch operations and compliance. Drive small-business growth through outside calling, building centers of influence, and executing retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies. Responsible for recruiting, staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management, while guiding day-to-day operations, security, and regulatory requirements. Work Saturdays as directed and serve as a trusted partner to your community.
