Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure work orders and tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
  • •Ensure maintenance activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and property requirements, including risk assessments and safety procedures.
  • •Manage and supervise the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) program for kitchen and laundry equipment, maintaining accurate records and documentation for ISO 22000.
  • •Maintain calibration, disinfection, replacement, and refrigeration system records, including verification and audit-ready documentation.
  • •Provide technical coordination and support for CAPEX and culinary projects, and escalate significant technical, operational, and safety issues to senior management with recommended corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with at least five years of facilities maintenance experience in large-scale commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and laundry equipment operations.
  • •Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, fault-finding, and rectification skills across electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
  • •Practical knowledge and experience with preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive/corrective maintenance.
  • •Ability to work safely in restricted, confined, or challenging work areas and follow PPE and safe work practices.
  • •Ability to independently manage and respond to technical requirements, breakdowns, and maintenance activities across all shifts.
