•Own and drive an 18-24 month technical roadmap for generative AI initiatives, balancing innovation with business value
•Develop and deploy generative AI models and LLMs for multimodal document processing, focusing on structured data extraction from complex documents
•Provide technical leadership to the Generative AI team, set best practices, and ensure industry-standard ML development
•Influence roadmaps, priorities, and resourcing across partner engineering, product, and business teams
•Serve as technical architect for the Siemens embedded DFM AI + IQE integration, enabling real-time manufacturability feedback and pricing

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically 10+ years of experience in applied ML and data science or a PhD with 6+ years experience; bachelor’s degree required with MS/PhD highly preferred

•Experience with large-scale language models and multimodal data processing (text, image, 3D data)
•Proven ability to lead long-horizon technical initiatives (18-24 months) and drive business impact
•Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to mentor and influence across cross-functional teams
