Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive an 18-24 month technical roadmap for generative AI initiatives, balancing innovation with business value
  • •Develop and deploy generative AI models and LLMs for multimodal document processing, focusing on structured data extraction from complex documents
  • •Provide technical leadership to the Generative AI team, set best practices, and ensure industry-standard ML development
  • •Influence roadmaps, priorities, and resourcing across partner engineering, product, and business teams
  • •Serve as technical architect for the Siemens embedded DFM AI + IQE integration, enabling real-time manufacturability feedback and pricing

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 10+ years of experience in applied ML and data science or a PhD with 6+ years experience; bachelor’s degree required with MS/PhD highly preferred

  • •Experience with large-scale language models and multimodal data processing (text, image, 3D data)
