Job Summary

Design and (as needed) implement sophisticated cloud solutions that meet clients’ technical and business requirements. Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales, supporting sales teams with cloud computing expertise, solution architecture, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Convert business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures, including migrations from on-prem to hybrid environments, integration designs, security best practices, and RFP/RFI responses.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and potentially implement cloud-based solutions that fulfil clients’ technical and business requirements.
•Provide pre-sales technical support, including assessing existing systems and developing migration strategies from on-premises to the cloud.
•Architect scalable, secure cloud systems for high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability.
•Design integration solutions for data flow between cloud and on-premises environments and define cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
•Create technical design documents and support scope-of-work determinations, product pricing, and RFP/RFI responses, coordinating handoff to delivery teams.

Key Requirements

•Deep knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, including microservices, serverless computing, and hybrid cloud deployments.
•Proficiency with cloud infrastructure technologies such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and load balancing.
•Deep knowledge of cloud security principles including IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
•Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.
•Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including their services.
