Job Summary

Perform routine electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical sub-assembly and assembly operations under close supervision. Assemble and install components based on blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, and shop practices, using small hand tools. Coordinate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to meet daily/monthly production targets and ensure compliance with SOPs, specifications, and accurate traceability. Support continuous improvement and EH&S practices across the site.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly.
•Assemble and/or install electrical and/or mechanical components following operation and sequence instructions from blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, or shop practices.
•Use small hand tools (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers) to complete assembly tasks.
•Coordinate with the Manufacturing and Quality teams to meet production targets and ensure compliance with company systems/procedures and customer/international requirements.
•Ensure compliance with process specifications and parameters in SOPs, maintaining accurate traceability records and supporting continuous improvement and EH&S practices.

Key Requirements

•Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•1–3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage.
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
•Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
•Preferably experience with manufacturing tools/techniques such as CI, Kaizen, and 5S.
