Job Summary

Deliver hazardous materials safely and on time for local deliveries, using efficient routes and completing accurate payments and delivery documentation. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, keep the truck clean and well maintained, and ensure hazardous materials are properly separated and secured. Maintain compliance with DOT and FMCSR regulations while providing excellent customer service and performing other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities

•Make local deliveries using effective routes to ensure on-time order delivery.
•Load/unload and secure products, ensuring hazardous materials are properly separated.
•Collect payments and accurately document deliveries.
•Maintain compliance with DOT and FMCSR regulations.
•Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report needed maintenance, and keep the vehicle clean and presentable daily.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 27 hourly

Key Requirements

•Be at least 21 years old.
•Hold a valid Class A or B commercial driver’s license with HAZMAT endorsement.
•Have an MVR and pre-employment screening program (PSP) showing no more than 2 combined violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
•Be able to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
•Provide excellent customer service and have good written and verbal communication skills (ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision).
