Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end project execution of the reward review and salary equity cycle, ensuring fair, timely, seamless delivery.
  • •Partner with business leaders and People Partners to provide strategic reward advice aligned to business priorities and talent decisions.
  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve reward programs, policies, and frameworks for a consistent and scalable employee experience.
  • •Use market data and internal insights to evaluate roles, benchmark compensation, and recommend solutions balancing competitiveness, fairness, and business needs.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition to support equitable, market-informed offers for new hires and internal mobility.
