Job Summary

Shape and lead enterprise endpoint management capabilities by designing and operating Workspace ONE (UEM/Access/Intelligence) and defining EPM architectural standards for large global clients. Act as the highest-level technical escalation for endpoint enrollment, identity integration, automation, and deployment, including security and compliance enforcement. Drive SCCM-to-Intune transformations, patch governance, Modern Provisioning/Autopilot at scale, and EPM practice innovation from India, while mentoring senior engineers and supporting business development.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, deploy, and maintain Workspace ONE (UEM, Access, Intelligence), and define/govern EPM architectural standards, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps.
•Lead integration with identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Active Directory) to deliver SSO and MFA, and architect multi-tenant global endpoint management environments.
•Serve as the L2/L3 escalation authority for enrollment, certificate, network (Tunnel/SEG), and application deployment issues, including critical incident crisis management.
•Drive enterprise program leadership for EPM transformations such as SCCM-to-Intune migrations, Windows 11 rollouts, zero-trust endpoint adoption, patch governance, and Modern Provisioning/Autopilot frameworks.
•Develop EPM practice innovation and ecosystem from India, mentor Grade 8–10 engineers, and support business development activities including RFP responses and client presentations.

Key Requirements

•Expert-level architecture, operations, and large-scale global delivery with Workspace ONE and Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr for endpoint management.
•Proven tenant architecture and advanced MDM/MAM with Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot at scale and co-management mastery.
•Modern endpoint security expertise with Defender for Endpoint, zero-trust endpoint models, and Conditional Access architecture.
•Strong enterprise automation skills using PowerShell and Graph API, including automated workflows and software distribution.
•Ability to define program governance and stakeholder management for large global delivery using executive-level endpoint analytics and compliance reporting.
