Key Responsibilities

  • •Support long-range planning activities with internal and external stakeholders to build robust, scenario-aligned plans with sourcing strategy.
  • •Validate forecasts and translate MFP forecast into capacity, allocation, and material type; provide allocation guidance for vendor allocation and align through critical GTM milestones.
  • •Create and maintain the seasonal buy plan, optimize global PO placement schedules, and set buy strategy (e.g., LT exception calls out, one-time buy, MOQ review, buy windows).
  • •Drive monthly need-to-buy processes and seasonal calendars for buy dates and shipping schedules; coordinate information and system setup for buy execution.
  • •Partner to assess and mitigate capacity risks with actions such as fairshare, prebuild, push-out, re-allocation, capacity increases, and vendor own-prebuild; roll up updates and support KPI governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations management, engineering, or related; MBA/master’s preferred.
  • •3–5 years of supply chain management experience with strong capacity and production planning background.
  • •Proven experience managing global teams across multiple countries.
  • •Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency with supply chain management software/tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) and advanced analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
