Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to building and scaling outbound capabilities as a pipeline generation engine using strategy, data, tools, and execution
•Assess outbound maturity across business units and coordinate support between local teams and central initiatives
•Drive pilots and execution in priority countries, including hands-on support for targeting, data, and campaign structuring
•Improve the data and targeting backbone, including enrichment, account prioritization, and scoring approaches aligned with Salesforce
•Evaluate and implement the outbound stack, define scalable outbound frameworks, and measure KPIs to refine performance; explore AI and automation opportunities

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in Growth, Sales Ops, RevOps, or outbound strategy
•Strong understanding of B2B sales and pipeline generation

•Comfortable working in a multi-country environment and managing stakeholders effectively
