Job Summary

Lead and scale the UX function, reporting to the VP of Product and partnering on product vision and roadmap prioritization. Manage a multidisciplinary UX team focused on elevating design maturity, embedding data-driven practices, and using AI to reduce time from insight to validated solutions. Operationalize Pendo for user analytics, guide in-app onboarding and instructional design, and evolve the design system to improve adoption, activation, task success, and retention.

•Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-functional design team and build a design culture grounded in craft, curiosity, and user empathy.
•Serve as a strategic UX partner to the VP of Product, ensuring UX considerations are embedded in product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
•Champion data-driven UX by operationalizing Pendo for user analytics, in-app guides, and behavioral insights; use signals like usage analytics, funnel data, and NPS to guide design decisions.
•Spearhead adoption of AI-powered tools across the design workflow to accelerate from insight to validated solutions.
•Oversee technical writing and in-app content, and evolve the design system to support scale, consistency, speed, accessibility, and interaction design quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 230,000 annually
