Job Summary

Support the customer collaboration agenda by linking customers with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to deliver service commitments and improve customer experience. Monitor customer performance daily (including OTIF, service failures, and order fulfillment trends), proactively identify execution risks, and track Joint Business Planning (JBP) commitments and action plans. Facilitate communication across customer, Commercial, Logistics, and Customer Service teams, provide reporting dashboards and meeting materials, and support root-cause analysis for service failures.

Key Responsibilities

•Support execution of customer collaboration activities and customer-facing service initiatives.
•Monitor customer service performance, including OTIF, service failures, and order fulfillment trends; highlight issues needing immediate attention.
•Coordinate Supply Chain participation in Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Commercial teams; track commitments, action plans, and service improvement initiatives.
•Facilitate communication between customers, Commercial, Logistics, and Customer Service teams; identify collaboration risks impacting customer satisfaction or OTIF.
•Maintain customer performance dashboards, scorecards, service review materials, and support root-cause analysis with corrective action tracking.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Collaboration, Supply Chain, or Commercial Supply Chain functions.
•Experience working directly with customers or customer-facing processes.
•Understanding of OTIF, service-level management, and customer performance critical metrics.
•Experience supporting Joint Business Planning (JBP) or customer review processes is desirable.
•Advanced Excel skills; Power BI preferred.
