(CSA/MEP) Cost Manager (Semiconductor)

Manage project costs across the full lifecycle for large-scale advanced manufacturing programs, providing commercial control, accurate reporting, procurement support, and contract administration. Prepare and forecast budgets, track expenditure vs. approved plans, deliver monthly cost reporting and cash flow updates, and identify cost savings through value engineering. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on tenders, variations, change orders, claims, and final account close-out.
