Payroll Specialist - hybrid

Execute accurate, timely end-to-end payroll operations for the Netherlands. Partner with employees, HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure payroll accuracy, Dutch statutory compliance, and a strong employee experience. Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs; run audits and reconciliations; manage payroll inquiries via ticketing systems; and support service delivery, incident tracking, and continuous process improvements.
