Job Summary

Help run a community-led AI company by managing SF event operations and supporting online communities on Discord and Facebook. •Run event operations: manage Luma event pages, track RSVPs, and support check-in and on-site logistics for SF events, workshops, and mixers.
•Help manage community channels: welcome new members, answer questions, route product issues, and keep discussions healthy and on-brand.
•Support members across channels with speed and warmth, and flag standout builders, stories, and use cases for content and social teams.
•Record and capture content: product walkthroughs/demos, livestreams or builder interviews, plus photos/clips/stories for SF and global chapters.
•Scale the ambassador program by sourcing and interviewing candidates, onboarding city leads, maintaining an events playbook, and tracking ambassador event metrics and recaps worldwide.
