•Lead backend development by building and maintaining server-side logic.
•Own services end to end by deploying, operating, and keeping them healthy in production.
•Collaborate with CloudEng to maintain and improve production environments, including monitoring and alerting using tools such as OpenTelemetry, Sentry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
•Participate in on-call/off-hours support to triage and resolve production issues and investigate incidents with CloudEng and support teams.
•Support releases, dependency updates, and incoming work requests from customer support and stakeholders through periodic rotation into a support role.

Salary: CAD 95,000 - 139,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on DevOps experience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with Docker-based build and deploy pipelines, including deploying, operating, and troubleshooting cloud services.
•Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Sentry and Grafana.
