Job Summary

Coordinate onboarding and readiness for new client engagements and expansions within Huron Managed Services. Support project planning with timelines, milestones, status reporting, and cross-functional task coordination across Operations, Technology, Training, Quality, and more. Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items through completion, facilitate onboarding meetings, and support go-live stabilization. Ensure onboarding aligns with privacy/security requirements (including HIPAA) and maintain evidence for audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Support onboarding activities for assigned client implementations, expansions, and operational transitions.
•Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
•Coordinate onboarding tasks across Operations, Technology, Training, Quality, Resource Management, and other stakeholders.
•Track readiness activities, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items through completion; facilitate onboarding meetings and follow-up communications.
•Ensure onboarding activities align with privacy and security requirements (including HIPAA and protection of PHI/PII), coordinate access provisioning and role-based access controls, and support compliance training and audit evidence collection.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a healthcare, consulting, technology, or shared services environment.
•Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at various levels.
•Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving deliverables to completion.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
