Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow workplace safety standards and report incidents or near misses while adhering to WI/SOPs using PTW, HWP, and LOTO.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for admixture plants and support Powder & Resin plants, including inspections and maintaining equipment availability for critical spares.
  • •Maintain accurate records, checklists, and logs; support spare parts management and ensure compliance documentation is updated.
  • •Execute PM activities, attend breakdowns, and support RCA/CAPA actions; support shift work and emergency maintenance when required.
  • •Support installation, commissioning, and modification works, including contractor safety compliance and permit processes; maintain 5S standards and participate in Kaizen improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation
  • •0–2 years of experience in maintenance or fresh graduates with relevant technical training
  • •Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or plant equipment
  • •Understanding of safety practices such as PTW and LOTO is an advantage
  • •Willingness to learn, follow instructions, work in a team, and support shifts/emergency maintenance as required
