Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead GLDS and third-party PLC engineering, including design, engineering, testing, installation, commissioning, and customer handover at site.
  • •Manage third-party vendors during engineering and I&C, working closely with engineering and project management stakeholders to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Perform hands-on detail engineering for system architecture, BOM, and PLC programming (including HMI and application development).
  • •Conduct integration activities such as FAT, loop checking, site commissioning, system cut-overs, and SAT, coordinating with factory/vendor and customer requirements.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures during engineering and site execution; identify improvements and contribute to implementation; oversee and mentor junior team members.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of hands-on experience in DCS/Safety PLC/PLC detail engineering, testing, and commissioning (preferably with third-party systems).
  • •Experience interfacing third-party systems with protocols including Modbus TCP/RTU and OPC (UA/DA/HDA/A&E).
  • •Knowledge of industrial fieldbuses and protocols such as HART, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus/ProfiNet, and alarm/history/asset/network management on advanced L2/L3 nodes.
  • •Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switch/router, domain controller configuration) and domain knowledge in Fire & Gas detection systems; PV solar/semicon is valued.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Instrumentation or Electronics, with strong English communication and the ability to execute, plan, and deliver on commitments.
