Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with regional and business line teams on priority pursuits, including pre-positioning, RFQs, RFPs, and shortlist interviews.
  • •Lead must-win proposal efforts from capture through interview stage, providing schedules, templates, content plans, annotated outlines, drafts, and compliance matrices.
  • •Facilitate color team and quality reviews, apply lessons learned, and manage implementation of proposal and presentation revisions.
  • •Drive Go/No-Go, capture strategies, and greenlight analyses, ensuring compliance with delegation of authority guidelines.
  • •Allocate team workloads across the Federal portfolio and monitor performance to deliver compliant, quality outcomes; lead initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •3+ years of people-management experience with a proven track record of recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining talent.
  • •Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-discipline and/or multi-geography proposals with values greater than $20 million.
  • •Strong understanding of proposal and presentation best practices, including clear, evaluation-aligned messaging and responses.
  • •Proficiency with desktop publishing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop) plus advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
