Key Responsibilities

•Analyze business needs to identify, vet, pitch, sign, and onboard vendors to secure quality, cost, speed, reliability, and scalability.
•Pitch and onboard vendor partners with clear test-period criteria and scaling plans if tests are successful.
•Manage supplier relationships through onboarding trainings and performance management using WBR/MBR.
•Improve product costs, quality, and commercial terms by expanding the supply base and strengthening partner operations within existing categories.
•Optimize pricing and costs with merchants, procurement, and vendor partners; build for speed and scalability through replenishment, material staging, capacity management, and vendor enablement.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Kids & Baby categories.
•Proven ability as a self-starter who quickly learns and adapts to new challenges.

•Strong analytical mindset focused on execution, process improvement, and brand enhancement.
•Good track record in supply chain management or operations.
