Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and run vehicle software modeling and simulation activities to predict performance impacts from hardware variability.
  • •Support prototype and production OEM integration and development from the driveline controls perspective, including configuration and calibration.
  • •Build communication protocols and system interfaces across powertrain modules, assembly line tests, and OEM devices.
  • •Develop controls strategies and model architecture designs, then verify solutions via simulation, subsystem, and vehicle-level testing.
  • •Use engineering tools (e.g., DFMEA/DFSS/DFM/DFA and concurrent engineering) and help develop ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR capabilities; drive root-cause/corrective actions for AMT integration issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Technologist or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (mechatronic/electronics) or a related area.
  • •Extensive experience in automotive product engineering and embedded software development.
  • •Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and knowledge of CAN, CANalyzer, SAE J1939, and CANape.
  • •Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.
  • •Advanced English language skill; C and C++ programming knowledge.
