Review pathology tissue samples for accuracy and completeness for Signatera and Altera testing by leveraging LIMS and other sources. Interpret pathology reports and clinical notes, complete light data entry, and confirm cancer types before reporting. Escalate discrepancies by placing appropriate notes and holds, resolve issues with teammates, and meet daily case metrics while following SOPs and HIPAA/PHI training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Review cases using LIMS and other information sources to ensure pathology tissue samples are accurate and complete.
•Interpret pathology reports and clinical notes to complete light data entry for each tissue sample.
•Resolve discrepancies by collaborating with team members and handling escalations, discrepancies, and holds.
•Place necessary notes and holds on non-conforming or incomplete cases and escalate for timely resolution.
•Confirm cancer types for the reporting team and meet daily case metrics while attending interdepartmental meetings and providing process feedback.
