Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, train, and coach mechanics and fleet support responsible for deploying and retrieving electric vehicles.
  • •Create and maintain a safe, compliant, efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet.
  • •Define and implement new processes and best practices to improve operational excellence in the warehouse.
  • •Define and monitor KPIs to measure profitability, revenue, and operational performance for local markets.
  • •Provide complaint management and support investigations into customer incidents, partnering with Government Relations on legal, regulatory, and safety issues.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of professional work experience, ideally 1+ year in an Operations role.
  • •Experience leading teams or groups is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated expertise with the West Midlands, UK region and ability to anticipate operational needs/challenges.
  • •Grit and an entrepreneurial mindset to work in an ambiguous environment, making cost-focused, data-based decisions.
  • •Fluent verbal and written English, plus familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets (Tableau & SQL knowledge is a bonus).
