Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate as a competent practitioner within the systems engineering and verification team.
  • •Translate product vision into clear user, business, and product requirements.
  • •Create and manage the verification strategy to ensure traceability from test cases to product requirements.
  • •Use MBSE methods to develop product architectures and decompose problems into functional, physical, logical, and behavioural chunks.
  • •Lead and coach a growing core team of Systems Engineers, and drive systems engineering practices across the wider company.

Key Requirements

  • •First degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, electronic, or software engineering.
  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience in Systems Engineering processes within a product development environment.
  • •Demonstrable experience in systems breakdown, architecture definition, and functional analysis to produce clear, unambiguous requirements.
  • •Capable of working in agile and autonomous manner.
  • •Good grasp of MBSE, including building SysML models using systems engineering modelling software; requirements management and PLM tools are desirable.
  • •Additionally skilled in agile and autonomous work; strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and appreciation for engineering fundamentals.
