Senior Manager, Launch, Global Value Stream (US)

Own end-to-end launch and decommissioning projects for new facilities, major hardware deployments, and site expansions across the Global Value Stream network. Build detailed project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, and budgets, while coordinating internal teams and external vendors to hit launch deadlines. Manage risks and dependencies, lead readiness reviews with Go/No-Go criteria, oversee commissioning of material handling and IT infrastructure, and standardize processes with post-mortems and lessons learned.
