Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety rules and regulations of MSHA/OSHA/DOT and Pennsy Supply.
  • •Complete daily safety assignments, including area inspections, pre-shifts, and JSA's.
  • •Maintain depth, grade, and yield of asphalt during paving.
  • •Operate free-floating screed to level hot mix to the correct thickness and evenness.
  • •Collaborate with the paving crew and adjust screed height and angle to ensure proper asphalt distribution.
