Manager- Data Scientist

Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive machine learning models to enable data-driven decisions. Own the full model lifecycle from feature engineering and validation to deployment, monitoring, variance attribution, and root-cause analysis. Partner with data engineering and ML engineering teams to support pipelines, feature stores, ETL, automated production workflows, and MLOps practices, while fostering analytical literacy and reusable assets across the organization.
