Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in planning and construction of colocation data center infrastructure projects, tracking progress and anticipating operational risks through testing, acceptance, and takeover.
  • •Operate colocation data center infrastructure to ensure stability, explore optimization, and improve data center management.
  • •Own end-to-end change management for high-risk datacenter maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
  • •Moderate operations, handle event reporting, and perform fault tracking and handling to improve facility service capabilities.
  • •Supervise construction teams during data hall fit-outs, coordinating IT services, power system deployment, and cooling infrastructure implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or professional certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or related facility engineering discipline) with 5+ years of datacenter facility operations experience.
  • •Proven experience implementing facility power redundancy designs (2N, N+1 distributed architectures) in production environments.
  • •Deep understanding of cooling redundancy strategies and concurrent maintainability requirements (N+1, N+2 designs) for uninterrupted operations.
  • •Hands-on experience maintaining critical datacenter mechanical/electrical systems including generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, UPS, and electrical sub-distribution infrastructure.
  • •Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail for facility documentation and stakeholder coordination.
