Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently use digital/technology research and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, propose solutions, create and maintain roadmaps, and improve performance.
  • •Lead team and stakeholders to envision, define, and translate digital/technology product and experience opportunities into requirements, epics, features, and execution strategy.
  • •Drive strategic product and experience initiatives from idea through market validation through cross-functional collaboration with business, UX, technology, ops, marketing, and SMEs.
  • •Quantify and defend product investments using business case artifacts and hypotheses; communicate value propositions.
  • •Continuously assess product performance against KPIs/KRIs, guide discovery to uncover improvement areas, and ensure implementation with risk/compliance controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, including Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, and/or Research/Testing (or advanced degree plus 6 years).
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of technology/digital products and emerging technology platforms, including applications data analysis and research techniques.
  • •Proven ability to develop, influence, present, and communicate complex business/digital/technology concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • •Experience with enterprise-focused technologies and workflow modeling platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Enterprise Worklist (EWL), Flowable, Pega, or Appian).
