Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance in plant operations.
  • •Train and support plant teams in standard work, problem-solving methods, and continuous improvement best practices.
  • •Analyze manufacturing processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency and throughput improvement.
  • •Partner with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to implement process improvements and corrective actions.
  • •Track and report key performance metrics including OEE, scrap, downtime, cycle time, and overall plant performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with structured problem solving and continuous improvement in a Production System (TPS) environment.
  • •Six Sigma and Lean Practitioner certification, with demonstrated ability to create and deliver improvement training.
  • •Data handling, data analytics, and statistical information validation (including IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 internal audit experience).
  • •Project management experience, including knowledge of SAP or MRP/ERP systems.
  • •Strong communication skills and a dynamic approach to continuous improvement.
