Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute a comprehensive global benefits and wellbeing strategy aligned with business priorities, workforce needs, and People objectives.
  • •Establish and oversee enterprise governance, risk, and compliance for global benefits administration, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and Sourcing.
  • •Own financial stewardship for benefits investments and operating expenditures, including planning, forecasting, funding strategies, and investment evaluation.
  • •Lead benefits operations and service delivery excellence, driving continuous improvement and scalable operating models with measurable outcomes.
  • •Modernize the benefits experience through digital transformation, analytics/automation, vendor and external partner governance, and advisory support for M&A and enterprise change.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 10 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or at least 8 years with a PhD.
  • •Proven executive leadership delivering enterprise-level benefits/total rewards strategies and operating models across multiple regions and regulatory environments.
  • •Experience establishing governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, and managing fiduciary responsibilities, controls, audits, and risk management.
  • •Strong financial acumen managing budgets, forecasting, investment evaluations, and business case development for large-scale programs.
  • •Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing global teams and influencing senior executives through transformation and organizational change.
