Job Summary

Lead the Technical Infrastructure SRE team responsible for running production infrastructure and applications at TikTok scale. Own deployments, capacity and traffic scheduling, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, emergency response, and automation. Build and optimize O&M architecture and an automated operations platform for ultra-large-scale cluster management, with a focus on low-cost serverless infrastructure for Mid-Platform & Business. You’ll be hands-on technically while growing and guiding engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage infrastructure and applications to keep production systems stable, efficient, and cost effective for a fast-growing global user base.
•Handle deployments, system capacity, traffic scheduling, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and emergency response.
•Be responsible for engineering O&M platform components and architecture optimization, including automated O&M research and development.
•Build a layered operations platform to solve ultra-large-scale cluster O&M management.
•Grow and lead a team of engineers; provide technical guidance and collaborate cross-functionally to drive engineering efforts and innovation.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting distributed systems.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving software development or systems engineering.
