Key Responsibilities

  • •Create programs supporting process improvements to safely meet Warrick Operations’ business plan.
  • •Coordinate mechanical engineering projects end to end, including scope development, specifications, design, manufacturing, commissioning, and closure.
  • •Assist production and maintenance with equipment and process issues and develop recommendations for long-term improvements.
  • •Lead and participate in process improvements with multi-discipline technical staff, maintenance, and production teams.
  • •Mentor employees to increase process knowledge and support career growth while improving reliability and monitoring processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
  • •Preferred 3+ years of experience in an industrial environment.

  • •Preferred 3+ years of experience leading, managing, and executing projects.
  • •AutoCAD proficiency.
