Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the segment’s long-term strategy, product offering, customer satisfaction, and overall performance in partnership with the Head of Platforms.
  • •Create and evolve Adyen’s offering, ensuring it scales across verticals and regions, including strategic packaging and future-proofing.
  • •Develop and maintain the commercial value proposition and product bundling narrative for what the business sells and why.
  • •Gather and synthesize customer insights into data-driven recommendations, partnering with Product Leadership to inform roadmap decisions.
  • •Partner with commercial leads to execute the go-to-market strategy and collaborate on global enablement with Product Marketing, Commercial Academy, and Business Performance.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience, ideally combining consulting/investment banking with hands-on ownership at a technology company.
  • •Experience running an end-to-end structured approach from diagnostics to solutioning to execution, driving business impact.
  • •Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments while bringing structure and clarity across stakeholders.
  • •Customer-centric experience building and maintaining external relationships with customers and partners.
  • •Strong go-to-market strategy and execution experience, with quantitative validation and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
